Looks so good can leave it out on stove top. Like the ease of use. Only issue for me is it is heavy when full of water.

I basically used the pot as it was intended for tea. Other uses obviously would involve heating liquids. The pot was easy to fill and pour. It is attractive and complements my other KitchenAid products. I found no negatives with this product.

*I received this item for free in return for an honest,unbiased,review. I've enjoyed this kettle since I got it! It heats up to boiling quickly and whistles loud and clear when it's at temp. The style is beautiful and modern, and it's a lovely addition to my kitchen! My only minor complaint would be that using the spout release on the handle is a little awkward. You have to be mindful of the lid closing fully because it tends to drip a few additional drops of water after you tip the kettle back up.

We've had the kettle two or more months (I was busy with working early voting then I was ill) and we love it! We don't have to fool with the cord we did on the electric kettle and the water is nice and hot.

Like the style & comfortable handle. The porcelain is easier to clean than my old stainless teapot. Wish the whistle was louder for hearing loss seniors.

I use this kettle daily. It is vey efficient. It looks very nice sitting on my stove where I leave it all the time. The color is so bright. It is vey comfortable to use. The perfect weight not too heavy but not too light. It boils the water quickly and whistles when ready. Perfect for a pot of hot tea for me and for when friends come over. I have no complaints about this kettles, it is perfect for all my needs.

I like it better than the microwave to boil water. Takes me back, I'm old fashion lol. It's a little leaky but I still like it.

I enjoy a nice cup of tea in the evening. Microwaving is nice and very quick, but you only get one cup. With this tea kettle I can fairly quickly heat up a whole pot of water for my tea, and it stays nice and hot in the kettle. I got the red kettle as red is my accent color in my kitchen, so it looks beautiful on my stove. I've always left my kettle on the stove so it's important to me that it's functional and looks good. This one fits that bill.

I purchased it and will be returning it. The design requires you to squeeze the handle while pouring in order to keep the spout open. No easy feat unless you have very strong hands and are quite tall. The part of the handle that holds the spout open is located in such a way that the steam escaping during the pour is directed right back to your hand.

Early in our marriage my husband melted two porcelain-coated kettles on electric burner coils. After twenty four years I decided to try once more, bought me a KA whistler, put a flame-tamer on the burner, and so far so great! Very, very happy with the purchase (and happy with my honey as well!)

I bought this kettle as a replacement. The kettle is very stylish, good firm handle and lets you know the water's ready with a loud whistle. The only issue is that I have a glass top stove and so I cannot set it on high heat as the porcelain enamel may stick if left there for too long. Otherwise, its great.

I've been through several brands of teakettle in recent years, including some big names in kitchenware. This one beats them all! No strange odors, rust, and even the whistle is a (relatively) pleasant tone. I love how the trigger for the pouring lid is located in the handle- no overheating problems, and no burned fingers. Love this kettle!

I love my new KitchenAid Kettle. I like that the trigger for opening the spout is right under the palm in the handle and doesn't get hot. It heats quickly at a lower stove temperature. And it just looks attractive on the stovetop!

I have been looking for a small quality kettle for a while. This one is just the right size to make my morning tea. It has a two quart capacity if you need it. The handle is secure and the kettle actually whistles when the water boils. You would be surprised at the number of kettles that don't after a few uses.
